Serving as the championship’s curtain-raiser in April, the Builth Wells-based gravel spectacular utilizes legendary roads from the Wales Rally GB archives. Competitors can expect significant mileage packed into a single-day format, offering the perfect, high-intensity start to the new campaign in some of the most revered forest stages in the world.

In May, the series moves to the Scottish Borders for the first asphalt encounter of the year, the highly-regarded Jim Clark Rally. A long-standing cornerstone of the BRC, the 2026 edition features a revised format while retaining its renowned challenge. With over 100 miles of closed-road stages across Friday night and Saturday, the event tests crews’ precision and commitment across the stunning Berwickshire countryside.

Following the summer pause, the championship returns to the north-east of Scotland in August for the Voly Grampian Forest Rally. Hailed for having some of the most exciting and well-maintained forest stages in the country, the Grampian continues with its popular two-day format. Based outside of Aberdeen, the event is a pivotal mid-season test where the title fight begins to narrow.

The flagship JDS Machinery Rali Ceredigion returns in September, once again showcasing British talent on a global stage as a qualifying round of the FIA European Rally Championship (ERC). This world-class, closed-road spectacle in West Wales allows BRC contenders to go toe-to-toe with some of the best international drivers in the business. Over three grueling days of competition, crews will tackle breathtaking Welsh mountain asphalt in one of the highest-profile rallies in the UK.

The 2026 season finale returns to North Wales for the Lewis & Hunter Cambrian Rally. The iconic forests of Clocaenog and Brenig provide a fitting stage for the season’s end, echoing the heritage of Wales Rally GB. With the title often on the line, these historic stages offer a breathtaking backdrop for the BRC contenders to fight it out for the ultimate crown in British Rallying.
