BTRDA front-runner Jamie Anderson is set to tackle the full MSA British Rally Championship in a Ford Fiesta R5 this season.
Jamie has competed in both a Mitsubishi Evo 9 and more recently a Mitsubishi WRC05 with some success, and he goes into the opening round, the Mid Wales Stages as the defending rally winner.
Having returned from a long and hectic trip to the Czech Republic, Anderson has picked up his new machine and is delighted to be giving Britain’s premier rallying championship a good crack in the blue oval model.
“I am really excited to finally have my new car. After a few years in the BTRDA, the BRC will be another level for me,” explained the Englishman.
“I am aiming to have some seat time before the first round, so I hope to learn quickly and build my speed throughout the year. It’s certainly going to be a great challenge!”
