yourbrandhere.org / Ignition Motorsport Rally Team launches BRC bid

The Probite British Rally Championship will welcome the yourbrandhere.org / Ignition Motorsport Rally Team to the hotly contested BRC Teams Title fight in 2025.

Led by global motorsports commentator Andrew Coley as Team Principal and Bryan Hull as Team Manager, the newcomers will go head to head with the might of M-Sport Ford Rally Team and the Castrol MEM Rally Team, but will be equipped with a pair of BRC4 Ford Fiesta’s.

Thanks to the scoring system in the BRC Teams championship, points are awarded on a class basis meaning they are able to go head-to-head with the powerhouses in BRC1.

For the opening round of the season, the team will compete in the BRC4 class with two formidable machines: a Fiesta R2 and Fiesta R2T, driven by Michael Jenkins and Colin Minton. Round 2 will feature a 3-time British Rally Champion joining the team, promising an unexpected twist to their journey in the series.

Michael Jenkins – yourbrandhere.org / Ignition Motorsport Rally Team driver:

“I have to pinch myself when I say I’m competing in the BRC this year. I always describe myself as a rally fan rather than a driver, but that’s the beauty of this sport—anyone can take part, and it’s surreal that it’s me this year! We had a fantastic year on the gravel with Ignition in 2024, winning our class in the BTRDA Rally Series and English Rally Championship. I’m super excited to dive into the deep end, having never competed on a closed road tarmac event before, but having Jordan [Joines] alongside me is the best possible start anyone could ask for. We’ve got great plans for the year, and I still can’t believe I’ll have a multiple BRC champion as a teammate later in the year!

Colin Minton – yourbrandhere.org / Ignition Motorsport Rally Team driver:

“Round 1 is a baptism of fire for me, my first time in a FWD car in over 20 years! We know what we have to do, and I’m confident we can do it. Consistency is our main goal.”

Andrew Coley – yourbrandhere.org / Ignition Motorsport Rally Team principal:

“I’m involved with the team as their story is one that resonates with me. Before I was a professional commentator, I was a competitor striving to achieve big things on a small budget. After a decade of rallying and winning our class in the 2008 MSA Gravel Championship, we had achieved all we could with the budget we had. The following year, I transitioned to television, which has been my full-time job ever since. This is a fantastic opportunity to return to my roots and get hands-on with the sport that kick-started my career in motorsport!
